Your explicit consent (Article 5/1): For example, for sending marketing messages via e-mail or for transferring data abroad in cases not covered by the exceptions under Article 9 of KVKK. 6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Overseas recipients are obliged to protect your data in accordance with KVKK or international data protection standards (e.g., GDPR), including contractual safeguards (e.g., GDPR standard contractual clauses), as well as in cases related to the performance of the Mesafeli Satışlar Yönetmeliği (Regulation on Distance Sales), the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Courier and logistics companies - for delivering physical materials, if applicable.
Authorized public authorities - to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax authorities).
All third-party service providers are required to protect your data in accordance with KVKK. Data is transferred only for the specified purposes and to the minimum extent necessary.
7. Personal Data Retention Periods
• Data related to contracts and payments is stored for the periods required by the legislation of the Republic of Turkey and deleted or anonymized thereafter, unless otherwise required for tax or other legal obligations.
• Data processed based on your consent (e.g., for newsletters) is deleted or anonymized within a maximum of 30 days after withdrawal of your consent.
• Technical data (e.g., cookies) is retained for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose and then deleted.
8. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

• If processed, to request information about it.
• To know the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately.
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• To request deletion or destruction of data in accordance with KVKK.
• To request notification of third parties about corrections or deletions.
• To object to the analysis of data by automated systems if it results in adverse consequences for you.
• To demand compensation for damages if your data is processed unlawfully.
• In case of violation of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
